Leslie Henderson specializes in the Bank Owned and Short Sale market. She has been the listing agent on over 200 closed short sales and has a 89% closing ratio while carrying over 50 short sale listings at a time.
Her knowledge comes from the volume of short sales she has handled, and her negotiating skills were acquired over 16 years in pharmaceutical sales and 5 years as an Account Executive for UPS. In addition, Leslie has a passion for helping homeowners out of the harsh predicaments they may find themselves in with the current economic climate.
Leslie received her undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management at the University of Montana and attended the MBA Program there as well. She also spent 11 years serving in the Air National Guard and received an Air Force Achievement Medal during that time. From 2000 to 2003 she was an instructor for the Montana Air National Guard classes on the Total Quality Management Initiative.
In addition, Leslie’s father was in the Air Force when she was young and she moved a considerable number of times. She completely understands how stressful moving is from both a child’s and an adult’s perspective and strives to take the stress out of the move for her clients. She has a network of lenders, staging people, movers, and Realtors all over the country ready to help YOU move on with your life.
